This one-day hands-on course provides a practical overview of bone grafting and soft-tissue surgery. It covers key anatomical considerations, diagnosing and assessing bone deficiencies, principles of bone healing and regeneration, selection of grafting materials, and predictable management of extraction sockets including socket/ridge augmentation. You’ll also explore soft-tissue planning, connective tissue and gingival grafting (xeno/allograft), post-operative care, and how to prevent and manage complications. The hands-on component includes atraumatic extraction techniques, flap design, socket/ridge augmentation, guided bone regeneration (GBR), and suturing with connective tissue grafting.
